FAYETTE – Sen. Pat Stefano (R-32), Rep. Charity Grimm Krupa (R-51) and Rep. Ryan Warner (R-52) are hosting a free Senior Expo on Friday, Oct. 6, from 10 a.m. to noon at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus, 2201 University Drive, Lemont Furnace.

The expo will give residents the opportunity to learn about resources and programs provided by state government, as well as local nonprofit and community groups in the area. It will also offer door prizes and health screenings.

“I encourage seniors to take advantage of this convenient opportunity to gather information about programs and services that matter most to them. Attendees can avoid having to search the internet and make phone calls, and instead speak to agency representatives face to face,” Stefano said.

“There are so many programs and services available to support our senior citizens, but it still can be difficult for people to find the help they need,” Warner said. “I hope area seniors will take advantage of the opportunity to gather a lot of helpful information in one place.”

“This event is a great way to take advantage of several senior services all under one roof. We hope to see you there!” Grimm Krupa said.

There is no need to RSVP for this event. For additional information, residents may call Stefano’s office at 724-626-1611, Grimm Krupa’s office at 724-438-6100 or Warner’s office at 724-437-1105.
