WHAT:    Reps. Ryan Warner (R-Fayette) and Charity Grimm Krupa (R-Fayette) will host the House Republican Policy Committee for a public hearing to discuss the critical need for rural broadband and cellphone coverage expansion, and to advocate for inclusive technological access and equitable opportunities for all communities.

WHO:    Warner, Grimm Krupa, Policy Committee Chairman Joshua D. Kail (R-Beaver/Washington), members of the committee and the following testifiers: Brandon Carson, executive director, PA Broadband Development Authority; Gregg Downer, Luzerne Township supervisor; Richard Black, GIS/systems manager of Fayette County Emergency Management Agency; paramedic with Brownsville Ambulance Service and fire chief at Brownsville Fire Company No. 1; Andrew P. French, executive director, Redevelopment Authority of the County of Fayette; and Jeremy Crandall, assistant vice president for state legislative affairs, CTIA – The Wireless Association.
